The Month of Coordination package starts with the creation of your wedding website, it begins two months before your wedding date and includes the reviewing of vendor contracts and follow-up, ensuring nothing has been overlooked. This package includes also includes assistance with ceremony and reception decor set-up, and covers many details such as bridal party, ceremony processional and recessional, reception seating charts, and final counts for the venue. We provide an on-site wedding planner for up to eight hours on the day of your wedding to oversee setup, manage the timeline, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
