Couples purchasing our full planning package will work hand-in-hand with the entire Ceremonies by the Sea team. This is our most comprehensive package and it allows you to sit back and relax as we design and personalize your dream wedding, bringing your fairytale vision to life.
The Full Wedding Planning package is similar to our partial wedding planning package; however, allows for more time as for us as we journey together through this amazing adventure. Planning begins one year or more before your big day. This package is highly recommended for out of state & out of the county couples, couples who don't have the time to plan, couples that have no idea where to start and those who want to save money and time throughout this journey. We understand wedding and elopement planning demands a significant amount of time, energy and financial investment; this package is crafted for couples who desire unwavering support. We commit to guiding you through every detail, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
With this package, you have a "friend" in your back pocket, providing you transparent budgeting, venue scouting /selection, tried-and-true vendors, customized wedding website creation, invitation design assistance, a wedding checklist we will work on together, RSVP organization, as well as detailed review of all vendor contracts, ensuring nothing has been overlooked. This package also includes a venue walk-through for layout and design, wedding and weekend management, ceremony and reception decor set-up, and covers every detail such as bridal party, ceremony processional and recessional, reception seating charts, and final counts for the venue. We provide an on-site wedding planner for up to ten hours on the day of your wedding to oversee setup, manage the timeline, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. We provide assistance with rehearsal dinner reservation or welcome party celebration, styling of cocktail and reception, budget review and management and design assistance.
